Launched in 2007, we have been operating cool and homely house shares for discerning young professionals in East London and Essex.
We believe house shares don’t have to be bland, soulless and lonely places. We’re totally smitten by quality design, urban art and timeless fashion, and strive to create comfortable house shares that you look forward to coming home to. We’re pretty selective about our tenants too. 25 years of hiring and firing, and staff management experience is our foundation, so we use many of those skills when qualifying new tenants.
We are members of the Residential Landlords Association, registered at the ICO, accredited with the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, and register all of our deposits through The DPS so you can rent from us in complete confidence.

Who will I be living with?
This is a really important factor, and one that we take very seriously, because we want you to be happy and comfortable living in your houseshare, and your housemates are a key part of this.
All of our tenants go through a rigorous screening process. We know that as professionals, your standards are really high, and so are ours. We need to know that people living together are a good match, and have similar or complimentary professional, ambitious and creative outlooks, and we do everything we can to ensure harmonious living.
We promise that you won’t find yourself lying awake at 4am listening to someone else’s party, or despairing over the state of the bathroom.
