1. Read the Tenant’s Privacy Notice and Tenant Fees List
Before applying, please take a moment to review our Tenant Privacy Notice and Tenant Fees List.
2. Submit Application

3. Reserve the Property
If your application is successful, we will invite you to reserve the property by paying a Holding Deposit equivalent to one week's rent.
Once the tenancy begins, the Holding Deposit will be credited towards your first month's rent.
Please note that a Holding Deposit may be retained in certain circumstances, such as where an applicant withdraws from the process or provides false or misleading information. Full details can be found on our Holding Deposit Special Conditions Agreement.
Until a Holding Deposit has been received, the property will remain available and continue to be marketed to prospective applicants.
