Our Story
SenecaRooms opened the door to our first HMO in Colchester, Essex in 2007 with the intention of providing young professionals with a cool, friendly and homely home to share and enjoy.
With a background in hospitality, we naturally had a heavy emphasis on customer service too, which, all together, was a pretty unusual combination for the time! But the concept was instantly successful, so we quickly opened more!
