Sit back while SenecaRooms handles all aspects of managing your property. The Full Package will allow you to enjoy a high income from your properties without having to deal with the daily management issues, ensuring full compliance from the outset. Ideal for HMO’s that require a little more than the standard full management offered by High Street agents. The Full Management Service will ensure your fire alarms are tested (as per regulations), and you receive a detailed inspection report every three months.

This will include the following:

  • Reduced rate for the Letting & Viewings Service of £247 per contract
  • Processing the monthly rent due to your account
  • Pro-active credit control
  • Access to your own online dashboard housing all the tenancy documents and rent statements, as well as property info including the status of repairs etc.
  • Day-to-day managing of tenant issues (taking on the hassle!)
  • Arranging and managing general repairs, maintenance, gardening, housekeeping and plumbers/electricians etc on your behalf (subject to an agreed limit)
  • 24hr hotline dealing with emergency repairs
  • Arranging Electrical / Gas / EPC Certificates / PAT Certs renewals
  • Managing the move-out process
  • Arranging Check-Out inventory
  • Deposit claim negotiation, compilation & submission
