Think of this like your very own, on-going virtual office, where we take care of all the admin aspects of managing your portfolio.

Aside from the typical admin tasks of filing documents and inputting data for report production, you will have a “Customer Service department”, where we will basically act as a filter for tenant issues, assessing situations and talking tenants through resolving their issues themselves (eg, how to replace the lightbulb, checking appliances are plugged in and switched on, how to restart the router, resolving any issues between the tenants).

On top of that, we will remember certificate renewal dates so you don’t have to, and research and track down available tradesman for you.

With Virtual Management Support, you will just be needed to show up at the property to meet tradesmen, or if there is an issue that can’t be solved remotely by us.
