Our Story
SenecaRooms opened the door to our first houseshare in Essex in 2007 with the intention of providing young professionals with a cool, friendly and homely home to share and enjoy.
With a background in hospitality, we naturally had a heavy emphasis on customer service too, which, all together, was a pretty unusual combination for the time!
But the concept was instantly successful, so we quickly opened more!

A few leaky boilers, a tax investigation, the odd personality clash between tenants, and a decade or so later and SenecaRooms have amassed a wealth of experience in tenant, property and business management, whilst maintaining our original focus on providing homely homes with cool design and top-notch, responsive customer service.
We now use this experience to help other HMO landlords lift their game
(and maximise their returns!). Whether that be by bringing you the skills to manage your HMO’s like a pro yourself, OR by taking the pressure off you so you can focus on the other important areas of your life (and we take care of the management for you).
